Leo's Story

COME MEET US SAT AND SUN OCT 17 AND 18 FROM 12-3 AT THE ARBORETUM PETCO, 3401 PINEVILLE MATTHEWS RD, CHARLOTTE 28226

Meet Our Backyard Babies: Now Ready for Their Forever Homes
Born under the shelter of our backyard trees, this trio of kittens started life as tiny outdoor explorers. At just 5 weeks old, they were brought indoors, where they quickly discovered the joys of soft blankets, gentle hands, and the endless entertainment of crinkly paper. With daily socialization, they’ve blossomed into confident, affectionate, and wonderfully curious young cats.
They’re all up to date on age appropriate vaccines and are scheduled for spay/neuter soon, making them fully prepared for adoption. Their personalities are bright, playful, and delightfully mischievous — especially when a cardboard box or paper towel roll is involved. If it rustles, rolls, or hides a surprise, these kittens are all in.
Below are their individual introductions, each with a distinct charm.
Tony the Tiger — Male Orange Tabby
Tony is the bold adventurer and the loudest voice in the room. This boy has opinions, and he shares them proudly — chirps, trills, meows, and commentary on everything from breakfast to box arranging. With his warm orange coat and expressive eyes, he’s the first to investigate a new toy and the first to tell you all about it. Despite his big personality, Tony melts into purrs when held and loves settling in for cozy cuddle time after a good play session. Spirited, sweet, and endlessly entertaining.
Leo the Leopard — Male Grey Spotted Tabby
Leo is the thinker — observant, clever, and always plotting his next playful ambush. His beautiful spotted coat gives him a wild, miniature leopard look, but his personality is pure charm. He adores interactive play, especially anything that crinkles, and he’s quick to bond with people who appreciate his curious nature. Leo is gentle, affectionate, and wonderfully engaged with the world around him. He’s the steady, thoughtful brother who watches the chaos... then joins in with perfect timing.
Darcy — Female Grey Striped Tabby
Darcy is the sweetheart and the undisputed boss lady of the group. With her soft grey stripes and adorable white spotted belly, she’s visually precious — but don’t let that fool you. Darcy runs the show. She’ll tussle with her brothers to remind them who’s in charge, then curl up sweetly as if nothing happened. She’s playful, confident, and full of personality, bringing a delightful balance of affection and sass. Darcy is the kitten who will look into your eyes and make you feel chosen... right after she finishes managing her brothers.
Ready to Join Your Family
These kittens have come a long way from their feral beginnings. They’re healthy, socialized, playful, and deeply bonded to indoor life. Whether you’re looking for a bold explorer, a clever companion, or a loving little boss lady, one of these kittens is ready to fill your home with joy.

Link to adoption application:
https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfb4O6Ow5ZEjb-vqr5_Z9V5imlyAdnlAIpZ2uEzAXLl4h9MCw/viewform?usp=sf_link (copy and paste into your browser)

Please contact Juniors Fund at juniorsfund@gmail.com for more information.

Due to the delicate nature of kittens and children, it is not recommended that kittens under the age of six months be adopted into families with children under six years old.

Adoption Fee Includes:
Initial Exam
Deworming
Flea Treatment
Full Vaccine Package
FELV/FIV Test
MicroChip
Spay/Neuter
