Lenny<br/>Est DOB 7/25<br/>Adoption fee $225<br/><br/>This little bundle of cuteness just came to us after being surrendered by his owner. <br/><br/>Back in August of 2025, Lenny wound up at the local shelter as a five week old kitten and was taken in to foster by a shelter volunteer who intended to adopt him for her father. <br/><br/>Long story, short, things didn’t work out and she was not able to keep him so she reached out to LapCats for help. <br/><br/>He has been in foster care with us since the end of January (2026) and settled right in to his new environment. He’s a curious little guy that gets along well with cat friendly dogs and cats. The cat in the original home was a senior and not interested in Lenny‘s kitten antics. He’ll need a friend to play with that is equally as active as he! <br/><br/>He loves people and being held like a baby. He’s absolutely precious!<br/><br/>The first step in our adoption process is the application which can be found on our website lapcats.org.<br/><br/>All of our cats have tested negative for FELV and are vaccinated. If they have been rescued as kittens under 4 months, they will not have a rabies vaccine. They have not only been spayed or neutered but have also been treated for worms, fleas, and have been micro chipped. <br/><br/>We will register their microchip for you, provide you with a free exam visit to a participating Sacramento veterinarian, and a goodie bag! We do not do out of state adoptions for the safety of our cats.
