LAP CAT ALERT!!! I'm Leigh and I like to stand out in the crowd with my cute long tuffs and my distinct meow. I used to live on the streets of Philly. I was a mom at some point in my life. I think kittens are funny and do enjoy playing with them. I can be rough sometimes, because I don't know my own strength. I can be kind of food aggressive, because when I was living on the street's, finding food was hard and I had to deal with a lot of other cats. I love it when it's time to relax and watch TV. I will sit on your lap and let you pet my head as we watch our favorite sitcom, or sports game. If I hear a noise, you may catch me standing on my 2 hind legs. My big ears can pick up a lot of sound.
Sociability:
With People: Leigh is very friendly and enjoys the company of people. She loves being the center of attention and is always up for a cuddle or a play session. She has met older children once upon a time and we think she may be okay with respectful kids with proper introduction. Leigh can be a bit sassy sometimes, so it would be on her terms.
With Cats: Leigh gets along well with other cats with proper introduction. She has been enjoying her time playing with Chip and Thumbelina in foster care.
With Dogs: Knowing she may have had a tough history on the streets, I would not pair her with a dog unless it was very tolerant of cats.
