Legolas's Story

Legolas is a very sweet handsome boy looking for the right home to call his own. When he was a kitten, he was found in a trashcan and brought to us. Needless to say, he was very nervous and shy and struggled with trusting humans.
A few months later, he was adopted by a very nice woman who wanted a cat buddy for her cat at home since she worked long hours. About 9 months later, he was returned because the existing cat never warmed up to Legolas and was bullying him. His previous owner was heartbroken to return him, but Legolas's safety was the most important thing to her!
However, that time in her home changed him for the better and he has been so incredibly sweet with humans now! He is a gentle giant and loves to receive love on his own terms with gentle pets and head scratches. He gets along well with other cats as long as he can also have his independence. He would do best in a calmer home without small children or dogs. He is absolutely gorgeous and looks like a small tiger! He is just a wonderful boy!
