Lawrence (Diabetic)'s Story

Our rescues mean a lot to the vet staff and DunRoamin' volunteers. We do everything we can to find the perfect homes for these pets, who are being given a second chance at a happy life. The application process requires pre-adoption applications, references, and interviews with you and those listed on your application in order to ensure a successful placement. If you are interested in learning more about the pet listed, please complete an application at https://form.jotform.com/60793520585259 and a representative will be in touch!

**The email used for listings is not actively monitored and inquiries made through these ads will not receive a reply.

Lawrence came to us on January 17, 2023 from the Debec area. He was diagnosed with diabetes and required daily injections of insulin which, due to the particular timings of this requirement, his caregivers were unable to provide. Lawrence was born about January 22, 2013 and is a very nice boy.

Lawrence also had a wound on his hind leg which required medical care. It is healing quickly and he is responding well to his insulin. He is a vocal and sweet little boy whose only wish is that he might live in a home, sleep on a bed and watch TV with his family (oh – and chase the mouse on a computer screen, too!) Please come meet him!
