Laurel's Story

Laurel is around two years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines, FIV and FeLV negative, and microchipped. Laurel was surrendered to our rescue and has been waiting for a forever home of her own since.

This beautiful girl loves to climb cat towers and sit in front of sunny windows. She loves to play with cat toys but also loves to just lounge and soak up the sun.
Laurel has perfect litter box manners and is good at using her scratching posts.

This sweet girl would make a wonderful companion for a home that does not have other cats. She gets along with the small breed dog that is in her foster home. Due to bad experiences with children in her past home, we feel she would do best in a home without children.

Laurel is an extremely sweet girl with her foster family but she can get overstimulated at times in new situations and with new people. She would need a patient and understanding owner to take a chance on her. She absolutely adores her foster parents and the visitors that come to their home as she feels comfortable in her environment. We would consider a foster to adopt situation for Laurel if necessary for the right adoptive home.

Please consider giving this beautiful girl the home that she so deserves and has been waiting far too long for. Laurel is being fostered in Kalamazoo, please consider this when applying as it would be best to meet her in her foster home.
