Lapsang Souchong, or Mr. Powdered Sugar Lips as his friends call him, is one of the most cuddly and loving cats we’ve ever had the privilege to rescue and foster. This boy’s mission in life is to get petting and attention. A true lap cat, he always wants to be near his human. <br/><br/>Lapsang gets along well with every cat he ever meets. He has a particular fondness for kittens and would make a wonderful cat for someone who wants to always foster kittens. He does well entertaining himself but he’s very social and would do best with at least one other cat around. <br/><br/>Incredibly smart and incredibly gentle, Lapsang is a true gentleman. He was born inside Butterscotch Castle to a pregnant mama cat we rescued a few years ago. He’s been in a couple of different fosters but he has yet to find his forever home.
