Landline's Story

Hi my name is Landline! I am a 7-month-old, male, black and white kitty. I was found behind a mobile phone store near Short Pump, so my foster mom named my sister and I after "old school" phone equipment! I was a little shy to start – my foster mom fed me and talked to me outside for two days before I let her pick me up and bring me to safety. Since I’ve gotten to be back indoors, I am a very outgoing and inquisitive boy – I love to see what my foster mom is doing up close by hopping up on the washer, peeking in the dryer, and supervising her other household chores. I am a super sweet boy who loves to cuddle and have my head rubbed. I also like to play hard with my foster siblings, so I would do best in home with another young, active cat who wants to get the zoomies out with me. I am good with other cats, and my foster mom thinks I would do great with kids, because I don’t mind being picked up. I have not met dogs, as far as we know, but because I have a confident and outgoing personality, I would likely do just fine. I am neutered, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, tested for FIV/FeLV (negative/negative), and have my microchip. If you are interested in making me a part of your family, please click on the following link to fill out an Adoption Application http://www.purringheartsva.org and a volunteer will reach out to you within 72 hours. I hope to hear from my forever family soon!
