She was found on the Ole Miss campus, bravely raising her five kittens in a cramped crawlspace, doing everything she could to keep them safe. Now that her kittens are grown, it’s finally Lana’s turn to be cared for and loved.<br/><br/>Lana is incredibly affectionate with people and enjoys attention, especially once she feels secure in her environment. She thrives on human companionship but would do best as the only cat in the home, where she doesn’t have to share her space. Dogs are unknown.<br/><br/>Lana has overcome a significant challenge—she was diagnosed with FIP, a stress-induced disease, but has been successfully treated and is now fully healed.
