She is approximately 2 years old.<br/><br/>This *beautiful* brown spotted tabby loves to kick her catnip pickle toy, chase a feather, and lay in the sun by the window. Her favorite things include Churu and wand toys.<br/><br/>Lady Shasha is a shy but charming cat who quickly relaxes when toys and Churu treats are around. Though she’s still a little hesitant about physical affection, she’ll let you sneak in a few pets if Churu is part of the deal!<br/><br/>Lady Shasha been through a lot of homes lately, and will need extra time to warm up. When she first came to ACP, she was a social butterfly among other cats—whether with foster kittens or adult cats, she got along beautifully and enjoyed their companionship. She’s been more shy lately, but I believe she’ll be back to her old self soon enough.<br/><br/>What Lady Shasha’s looking for in a home:<br/><br/> - She’s new to indoor life with humans, so she needs a kind and patient guide to help her continue adjusting. Loud noises, fast movements, and strangers make her nervous.<br/> - She’ll need extra time and TLC to build trust. <br/> - She has lots of energy and will benefit from plenty of active play time.<br/> - She feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment.<br/> - She needs to live indoors only.<br/> - She has a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to her age. <br/> - She has no known history with dogs.<br/> - She has no known history with children.<br/><br/>All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.<br/><br/>Alley Cat Project adoption fees are:<br/><br/> - $200 per cat or kitten<br/> - $350 for pair of cats or kittens<br/> - $50 for senior cat (over 8 years old)<br/> - Flexible reduced fees for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care<br/> - Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts<br/><br/>Thank you for your interest in adopting Lady Shasha! When adopting from Alley Cat Project, you agree that they will be kept indoors and that you will never declaw them. The adoption fees are as follows: $200.00 per cat or kitten $350.00 for a pair of cats or kittens $50.00 for a senior cat over 8 years old Flexible reduced fee for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care Adjustable fee upon request for adopters who are low income, seniors, disabled, or others with fixed incomes Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts Alley Cat Project is a 100% volunteer organization and 98% of all donations go directly to help our primary mission to reduce the population of stray cats in Seattle.
