LADY MARGARET's Story
LADY MARGARET has come a long way from the heartbreaking conditions she was found in. She spent much of her time confined to a carrier and was severely malnourished and underweight when she came into our care. She was absolutely thrilled to have regular access to food and quickly began thriving, gaining 2 pounds in just two weeks! She also has scarred tissue on her ears, consistent with a previous infection that went untreated. Despite everything she has been through, LADY MARGARET is incredibly sweet, friendly, playful, and very talkative. She is especially happy to have the freedom to move around, explore, and play like a cat should. LADY MARGARET has a heart murmur. Her proBNP testing did not show significant stress or strain on her heart at this time, and she successfully underwent her spay surgery without any complications. She would be happy as your one and only cat or could live with other pets. What LADY MARGARET wants most is a loving home where she can continue to enjoy the freedom, care, and affection she deserves. She is already spayed, up to date on vaccines, and litter box trained. eDOB 9/3/2025. She has tested negative for FelV. She is FIV-positive, which means she can live a long, happy life indoors and can safely live with other friendly cats. We would be happy to answer any questions about FIV.
