LaRue's Story

LaRue has had a sad life. Tossed out by her first family, she was fostered until she was adopted by a second family. She stayed with them for two years and was returned when the family said she didn't get along with the others in the house. She was fostered again and adopted again by a family only to be returned after only three weeks because the family was moving and couldn't take her. LaRue is a perfect lady with her foster, she gets along with the other cats and kittens and is a champion biscuit maker. She is our longest resident at almost a year and although she's perfectly safe here, we believe all animals are deserving of a permanent home. She was so depressed after being returned, we just want her to have a family of her own to love. LaRue is a quiet, sweet cat, rarely meows, but is a vicious anole lizard chaser. She is indoor only, UTD on shots, microchipped and spayed. Is LaRue a good fit for your family? She sure hopes so.
