Kumquat is back and better than ever! This friendly but very nervous 1 year old FELV+ male cat has had absolutely no stability or a home to learn what love is:<br/><br/>Kumquat was rescued from another shelter to give him a chance to learn what fun this world can offer. He needs a loving family to show him all the affection he craves. He is quirky and with his lack of trust he will hiss at first but he does LOVE pets and scratches if you can get past his voice:)
