Kringle's Story

Just in time for the upcoming holiday season, look who just came down our chimney....it's Kringle!

Kringle is an overstuffed giant orange boy, about 1 year old, and he is just a big ol' teddy bear. He is VERY talkative, especially when it's almost time to eat! He loves food first, and he loves people second!

Kringle is about a year old. A friend noticed him when he suddenly appeared in a colony that she feeds. He must've been dumped, because he was very clean, and super affectionate toward people. The poor guy also did not have the street smarts or "killer instinct" to be an outdoor cat. He was getting bullied and chased away by the other cats, so he just found a place to sit and cry while the others were eating. After our friend's third visit, he was ready to leave that outdoor life behind, and tried jumping in her car!

We don't know why he was dumped, but during a visit to the vet, we learned he is FIV+. That is NO REASON to give up on a cat! Being FIV+ is not a lost cause. Kringle can, and will, live a full, happy, healthy life. He is just going to need a little extra love and care.

Kringle is looking to spread his Christmas Spirit all year round, and he wants to do it in his new forever home with YOU! He is fixed and vaccinated, and we are currently accepting applications for him now!

Our Mission
To provide support, shelter and good old fashioned "love and care" to at-risk felines in need of a second chance. We aim to do this by way of rescue, foster, adoption, re-homing, and community support, among other means. Our overall goal is simple. We want cats to have a safe, comfortable and loving home and we will do all...
