Korra's Story

Korra is a cat with a name fans of Avatar might recognize-and she's just as unique! While we don't know much about her past, we do know that Korra is a quiet, thoughtful kitty who loves to find a dark, cozy spot for her naps. When you visit the shelter, you might not even notice her at first. She's subtle, observant, and perfectly content to blend into her surroundings.

If you take a moment to sit beside Korra and show her your gentle side, she'll slowly begin to trust you. She loves to rub against a patient hand, proving that her affection is earned rather than rushed. Shelter life has been a little overwhelming for Korra, and she takes her time to feel safe. She's a cat who will wait for the right person to show that they're trustworthy instead of rushing out into the open.

Korra may need a little more coaxing than other cats, but a sweet girl lies right below the surface. She's ready for someone who understands that all good things come with time. Could you be the chance she's been waiting for?
