Kona's Story

Aloha, Kona! Kona is one of our Hawaiian kittens, along with her siblings Kalani, Manalo, and Malokai.

Kona is by far the shyest of the litter. She is very timid and takes time to warm up to new people and situations. She's not aggressive, but will run and hide when she gets scared. She prefers to stay in her bedroom, even when her siblings are running around and having fun. She likes to approach her humans, rather than be approached.

Once she warms up, she is very sweet and enjoys attention. She has a lovely little purr that she saves for special people. She has a wild, fun, side, too. She loves running around and playing like any other kitten. She cannot resist lickable cat treats, and loves any toy.

Kona needs a quiet home with humans who are patient and will let her adapt on her own terms. She would do best with either a sibling or other friendly cat in the home. She would not do well with children or dogs.

Kona is estimated to be 5 months old as of July 2026. She has been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. With an approved application, her adoption fee is $106. We would also do a two-for-one for any of the Hawaiian siblings.

If you are interested in adopting this particular dog or puppy, please see our Adoption Guidelines at http://www.humanesocietyall.com/applications/ .
