Koi's Story

Koi is an incredibly sweet and gentle 8-year-old girl who came to us with a severe ruptured abscess that required stitches and supervised healing. Now that she is feeling much better, she is a sweet, affectionate and beautiful girl looking for a home to call all her own. She seems to be unbothered by cats her age and temperament but does not like a lot of chaos around her. She can get a bit flustered when things feel too busy so a quiet home with no children or dogs would be ideal for her. Koi does require a special diet of Kidney Care or Renal Care food and comes with an established prescription. One bag goes a long way for her as she is a dainty nibbler! We have a very easy adoption process. We encourage people to make an appointment, but it is not necessary. Come in, meet our cats, fall in love, fill out adoption paperwork, pay the adoption fee and take your cat home!

To decrease the number of stray and abandoned cats in Jackson County, Oregon by rescuing, testing, vaccinating, neutering and providing shelter for homeless cats awaiting adoption. To educate the public on responsible pet ownership with the emphasis on neutering.
