Koala's Story

Koala was born 4/29/25. He has been in a foster home with other cats and dogs. He likes other cats and is tentatively trying to befriend the dogs.

This big boy is a lover who will steal your heart and quite possibly your lunch. Koala loves to play and roughhouse, but loves to snuggle up at bedtime. With his prominent “cheeks”, he’s irresistible! He’ll be a great addition to any family. We’d like him to be an indoor cat only but his foster family has worked on harness training him to take some supervised walks outside, which he seems to enjoy.

He has been neutered, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines.

We prefer to adopt kittens in pairs or to a home where they have another young playmate. Since he’s currently in a foster placement, please complete an application. You can scan or take a picture to email it to info@cnysnap.org. Once approved, we can set up a time to meet him.

Link to download the application:
https://cnysnap.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/CNY_SNAP_PetSMart_Adoption_Application_11-19-2021-1.pdf
