Koala and Boo's Story
Koala and Boo were rescued off the streets, both pregnant, and these very young sister cats ( or mom/daughter?) raised their litters as a combined unit. They have been in foster care since May 2025, building trust and bravery and learning how incredible it is to be house cats. Favorite activities are laser lights, watching the fish tank, chirping for food, chasing kitty catnip balls, and snuggling up at night. These two are tricky because making a good first impression is not something they will do. They hide from strangers ( survival skill they learned as outside cats) and it will take a few weeks for them to warm up--- but when they do, you're in their circle for life. They are unafraid of dogs, love other cats, not used to kids. They are VERY bonded and you never see one without the other. It's going to take an adopter with some patience as they settle, but they are so worth it. Please consider them. You can email kladams4545@gmail.com with questions. If you think your home may be a good fit, please fill out an application at www.homewardboundrescue.com/application/cat
