Klaus & Nova's Story
Klaus and Nova are a bonded pair of kitties who must go home together. They love to snuggle and nap together. Klaus, the 1-year-old tuxedo, is a happy-go-lucky goofball with the coolest back paws ever. Klaus’ friendly personality and curiosity to inspect everything brings a smile to one’s face. He loves to get scritches on his “goatee” under the chin and on his cheeks, loves to watch outside critters through the window, and will snuggle up to you when he wants to chill. Klaus may give a love nip when he gets excited playing with you, so he would probably do better in a family without young children.
Nova, who is 2-years-old, is initially cautious, but well worth the wait. As this tabby slowly gets to know and trust you, she will show her playful and loving personality, snuggling up next to you. Nova loves scritches on top of her head and just about any cat toy, the laser mouse especially! She has the sweetest quiet purr. Nova has been diagnosed with asthma. While Nova isn’t excited about her inhaler, wrap her up in a “purrito” towel/blanket and she will not resist her treatment, particularly because she knows there is a treat at the end. Churu is a fav! In time, we suspect she may not need the purrito.
To find out more about this pair and meet them in their Arlington foster home, please fill out a quick pre-screen by copying and pasting the following link into your browser:
https://bit.ly/3yRGpMD
