KJ's Story

This is KJ - Kilimanjaro for long! He came to us with two other kittens from a local colony (Smoky and Rocky). KJ was the only boy, and is spunky as little boys are. He loves to run and jump and climb. KJ made friends with our big dog with no fear. After all his playing, he naps hard in your arms. <br/><br/>KJ's ideal home has an animal friend of some sort - he would also do great with kid siblings!

Field's Feline Rescue's Adoption Policy

First, a potential adopter makes contact with us and expresses interest. Second, we informally ask them questions via message, email, or phone call to ensure that they are genuinely interested, able, and trustworthy. Third, we send them an adoption application. Fourth, once they have submitted the application, we invite them for a visit. We either conduct these visits on site or at the adopter’s home depending on the circumstances. Fifth, if the visit goes well, and we are all in agreement that this is the best fit for the cat/kitten, we ask the adopters to sign the adoption contract.
