Kittyhawk

Kittyhawk is hoping to fly into a new home! It would only be "Wright" to bring her on your next vacation to the Carolinas, but don't worry, she's a lover plane, not a fighter plane. To match her mile-high personality, she's sporting a face prettier than a landscape seen from up above the clouds and eyes large enough to signal safe landing for any aircraft.

In all seriousness, Kittyhawk is about 4 years old and is a sweet, good-natured and super affectionate girl who loves getting pets, ear scritches and attention in any form. She's still getting used to her freedom in a colony room, so she's not in-your-face outgoing, and currently hangs back until you come to her. But, she's brave, curious and in a home, she'll likely blossom into a social lap cat - the furry sidekick you didn't know you needed but can't live without. She's good with her kitty roommates and would likely be fine with nice dogs and respectful kids after proper introductions. She's spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. Kittyhawk is going to be someone's once-in-a-lifetime cat, we can just feel it.

Apply to adopt your new best friend at www.secondchanceas.org/adopt or at the sanctuary any time we're open.
