Kitty's Story

Meet Kitty, a beautiful black-and-white senior cat whose gentle grace has earned her the title of “grand dame.”

Kitty truly lives up to that moniker — calm, sweet-natured, and quietly affectionate. At 13 years old, this lovely girl recently lost the only home she’d ever known. Understandably, she’s feeling a bit scared and confused, but she’s already starting to show her resilient spirit in her foster home.

With a soft bed, kind voices, and a little patience, she’s settling in and reminding everyone just how special she is. She doesn’t ask for much: just a peaceful home, a gentle hand, and someone who will promise that this time, it’s forever.

We know that once she feels safe again, she will truly blossom. Senior cats offer a unique kind of love — deep, steady, and full of gratitude. Kitty is ready to share hers.

Could you be the one to give this deserving girl the secure, loving retirement she so deserves? Our policy is to adopt kittens in pairs. We find that kittens are much happier when they have a companion and they tend to expend their youthful energy on each other rather than on your couch! Kittens are adorable, but older cats can be wonderful pets as well and they tend to be overlooked, so please consider adopting an adult cat or two!

The Cat Connection is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3)organization of volunteers who rescue homeless cats.
