For cats, we require that they are up to date on their rabies and FVRCP vaccines and seen for an annual wellness exam. For dogs, we require that they are up to date on their rabies vaccine and seen for an annual wellness exam. <br/><br/>3) Permission from your landlord if you rent from a private landlord. We can verify pet policies at apartment complexes. <br/><br/>4) Proof of home ownership if you do NOT live in Maryland. <br/><br/>Adoption fees: $150 for kittens and cats under 5 years old. $125 for cats 5 years old and over. We do offer a 15% discount for adopting 2 ADULT cats (over 1 year old) at once, and for certain professions -- first responders, teachers and active or former members of the military.
