KITKAT's Story
KitKat is a beautiful 6-year-old lady with a gentle soul and a heart full of love just waiting to shine. Like many refined queens, she prefers to take her time getting to know new people. Give her a second to warm up, and you’ll see her true personality blossom.

Once she feels safe and comfortable, KitKat will reward you with the sweetest little head butts and soft affection that will absolutely melt your heart. She’s the kind of cat who bonds deeply with her people and shows her love in the most endearing ways.

KitKat would thrive in a calm home where she can settle in at her own pace and be cherished for the wonderful companion she is. If you’re patient and kind, this lovely girl will return your love tenfold—with purrs, gentle nudges, and plenty of cozy moments together.

Come meet KitKat and let her head-butt her way right into your heart! Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 822. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday. Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 21 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
