KitKat's Story

Meet KitKat, a very curious and playful kitten born on July 21 2026. She is very playful and loves to bat around toys and wrestle with her siblings. KitKat is still very nervous around people, but she is getting braver everyday. She is very curious about her foster and shadows her in her daily activities, though she does not yet enjoy being pet.

KitKat loves to eat, which is how she is slowly learning to enjoy affection. She doesn't mind being pet while she eats, and will even climb right onto her foster’s lap if there are treats involved.

KitKat is very fearful of loud noises and fast movements, and she would do best in a calm household. She has never been around children or dogs, but her foster does not think she would do well around either.

KitKat is the most playful of her siblings and she loves to play with all kinds of toys. She loves interactive toys, and will zoom around the room chasing whatever mouse or rope is on the end of the toy. She also loves to wrestle with her siblings, especially Reese’s Pieces since they have a similar level of energy and play.

KitKat would like to be adopted with her brother and best friend Reese’s Pieces or one of her other siblings, Twix or Aero.

NOTE 1: Spays, neuters, first vaccinations and vet checks are included in the adoption fee.

NOTE 2: Because a young kitten needs feline companionship, it is the policy of Cat Rescue Network that kittens 6 months or younger be adopted out in pairs unless there is another kitten or young cat already in the home.

NOTE 3: Cat Rescue Network only adopts their cats to homes in the National Capital region of Canada.
