Kit's Story

Kit recently came to us as an owner surrender. She is in excellent health and is the sweetest, most petite little lady. She is cute and clever and chatty. She doesn't like children, dogs, or other cats, however, so she is going to need an adopter 100% devoted to her and her alone. Come give her a visit a the cafe-- she is hidden away in the back, so be sure to ask the staff to let you visit her.

Purrmaid Cafe and Adoption Center's Adoption Policy

We ask that potential adopters make several visits to our cafe to interact with the cats before choosing one. They will then fill out an application, which is screened by our board of directors. We will contact the potential adopter to discuss the application and set up a time for a home visit. Once the home visit is completed, the adopter signs a contract and pays the adoption fee. The cat is given to the adopter at that time.
