Kismet's Story

Kismet means "fate" or "destiny", and it was fate that this little sweetheart came to The Lost Companion after someone saw him thrown from a car! He's healed his injuries and his heart, and every day he shows the volunteers what an incredible kitty he is! He loves attention (and gives love in return), is playful, and brings joy to everyone he encounters. His destiny is definitely to find a caring, loving home---will it be yours?

Our cats and kittens are cared for at our Adoption Center at N5462 County W in Saxeville, WI and also in loving foster homes. Please email Pat at patgreentlc@gmail.com to set up a time to meet the cat(s) you are interested in. We will then set up a time for you to visit our Adoption Center (or their foster care home).

To expedite the adoption process, you can complete or download an adoption application by visiting http://thelostcompanion.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/2019AdoptionApplication.pdf

The Lost Companion is a no-kill, volunteer-run, donation-supported nonprofit organization. Our mission is to manage the health, population and quality of life for feral cats in Waushara County, and to rescue and rehome adoptable cats and kittens.

100% of donations go directly to buy food, supplies, medications and veterinary care for the homeless cats and kittens in our care.
