**COURTESY POSTING**<br/><br/>Kirk is a 15 lb 9 year old domestic cat. He will be 10 in October once a beloved family member now regulated to the back patio. When his teenage caregiver lived at home there was never any issues once he moved out and was living with someone that's allergic to cats the family at home refuse to use the correct litter and he had accidents outside of his litter box. Now that he's been regulated to the back patio they've switched litter but will not let him back in the house. He uses the box currently but I believe due to his environment occasionally will have an accident. He is a courtesy posting We are so sad for him and hope somebody that understands cats will give him a second chance he has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccines. <br/><br/>Kirk gets along with other cats. He’s very sweet, lays on his back and lets you touch his belly, however, if you try and pet his butt, he will turn around and try to bite you after a few seconds. <br/><br/>He is a big water drinker and he’s currently eating blue buffalo tasteful adult. <br/><br/>He stopped using the litter box I believe due to change in litter <br/><br/>He loves to cuddle and an excellent biscuit maker.
