King's Story

What my friends at ACC say about me:
I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!
Cheek and chin scratches make me so happy!
I am playful and cute!
King is laying on top of his den, head up and observing the room as the assessor approaches. When the kennel door is opened and he is called over, he immediately comes forward, greeting the assessor at the front of the kennel with head bunts. He allows and leans into all petting, tail displaying piloerection but remaining receptive to extending petting, occasionally lip licking and looking around the room but without further issue. He is able to be easily picked up, remaining calm as he is held. When placed back into the kennel, he remains at the front, continuing to allow and lean into all petting. Toys are offered and he immediately begins playing, batting the toy mouse around and carrying it to the other side of his double kennel.

King interacts with the observer, solicits & appreciates attention, is easy to handle and tolerates all petting. No known history of behavioral problems. This cat is showing behavior appropriate for cat parents with either an average amount of cat experience or demonstrate a basic understanding of typical cat behavior. Primary Color: Tabby Secondary Color: White Weight: 8lbs Age: 5yrs 7mths 1wks Animal has been Neutered
