Kiko's Story

Kiko is a young, fluffy and energetic boy who is just discovering the wonders of the world. He is not exactly a social butterfly, but his good lucks give him a lot of attention from volunteers and he likes it. He is not particularly attached to his cat neighbors, but he's capable of cohabiting. He sometimes can be a fresh kitten, so we do not recommend household with children. Other than that, he is a funny guy, very energetic when having the zoomies, and likes to follow volunteers around to play.

He came from an odd living situation where he was never taught manners and being an intact male did not help either. However, he is quickly understanding and adapting to his new living situation at the shelter. Hopefully he learns he is safe soon and can let his guard down. We know that because of his age, his quirks can be corrected in no time with the right person. We are looking for someone with patience and willingness to work with him.

Visitors are limited to approved applicants only. Please fill out an adoption application if you are interested in stopping by. We will be in touch once your application is approved to set up a visit.

Adopt: lighthouesanimalshelter.org/adopt
Foster: lighthouseanimalshelter.org/foster
