Although she had always been affectionate with her caretaker, she became fearful of being picked up after a failed attempt to get her into a carrier last summer for the medical treatment her painful mouth required.<br/><br/>Recently, Kiki was successfully humanely trapped and finally received the dental procedure she so desperately needed. She's already feeling so much better!<br/><br/>To everyone's surprise, Kiki has turned out to be incredibly affectionate and absolutely craves attention from her foster. Its as if she's been waiting her whole life to become an indoor cat, where she can be pampered, loved, and doted on. Now that she's discovered the comforts of indoor life, she's embracing every moment of it.<br/><br/>Kiki has left her days of surviving outdoors behind and is ready for a future filled with soft beds, gentle hands, and a family to call her own.
