-Prospective adopters must complete an application. -Our volunteers check references (vet and personal), do a phone screening, and may do a home visit. Adopters must have a solid vet record, keeping all current/past pets up to date on vaccines and preventative meds. -A meet and greet is scheduled with adopting family and other pets prior to adoption. PLEASE NOTE: Housin Hounds is run entirely by volunteers. Because of this, we only contact approved applicants. We simply don't have the time to reach out to every applicant. Thank you for your interest!
