Kenny

Meet Kenny — A Gorgeous Gentle Giant with a Heart of Gold!

Gorgeous, gorgeous Kenny! This striking boy is the kind of cat you notice immediately — a long, tall 12-pound beauty with incredible coloring and a big, bushy tail.

Kenny was rescued on June 29, 2026, from a backyard on Lake Street that had become home to an explosion of kittens — thanks, in part, to this handsome gentleman! Those days are officially behind him now, and Kenny is ready for the good life.

His estimated DOB is July 1, 2020, although we suspect that estimate may make him a little older than he actually is.

Kenny is calm, affectionate, and incredibly sweet. He was an absolute angel at the vet, happily purring and making biscuits. And when he really wants some love, Kenny does the sweetest thing: he stands up on his back legs and puts his paws right on your shoulders! This is a boy who wants to be close to his people.

We haven't formally introduced Kenny face-to-face with other cats yet, so we can't say for certain how he'll do in a multi-cat home. So far, though, he seems completely unfazed by having other cats nearby, which is very encouraging. We're also still determining his official lap-cat status, but between the shoulder hugs, purring, biscuits, and affection, the potential is definitely there!

Kenny has officially retired from his former career as the neighborhood heartbreaker. Now this beautiful, gentle giant just needs a family to fall in love with him and give him the loving home he deserves.

Interested in adopting Kenny?

To apply for this sweet boy, please email Diane at dapsanimals@gmail.com.
