Let me introduce myself--I'm Kennedy, a domestic short-haired cat with dilute calico markings, estimated at about four years of age. No surprise that I'm a female--we calicos are almost always girls! When I turned up in a neighborhood and appeared to be without a home, a compassionate individual made sure I got to Animal Ark and out of harm's way. Now I'm getting lots of good food, attention and affection from the staff and volunteers, and I'm hoping to find a home where I can relax and enjoy life. I can't go to a home with other felines. My history with dogs is unknown. I do have kidney disease, but don't let that scare you - I'm on a special diet and doing well! I just need someone who's willing to help me stay healthy and loved. I'd be pleased to make your acquaintance if you think I might be a good fit for your home.
