Kenai's Story

Kenai is now available for pre-adoption.
She will need to be placed in a home with other young kittens or young cats who enjoy the companionship and playfulness of a kitten. Kenai originally came into rescue as a single and has since spent time with Denali, who also came in alone. Through this experience, we’ve learned that Kenai truly thrives with feline companionship, which is why a home with other young cats or indoor kittens is required.

Kenai is scheduled for her spay in the new year and will receive her second round of vaccinations at that time. She is current on deworming, flea prevention, and has a clear fecal. Her FIV/FELV testing will also be completed as part of her medical care.

Because we are a small, foster-based rescue without a standalone facility, all interested adopters are required to complete both of our adoption forms, including the adoption application, prior to scheduling a meet and greet. This allows us to properly clear applicants, as most meet and greets take place in foster homes.

We take great care in matching each cat or kitten with the right family, as this helps ensure a successful placement and a bright, lifelong future for both the adopter and the cat.
