Kelsey is a very sweet, loving cat who craves attention. She has a soft meow and is very quiet but loves when you rub her. She rubs on my legs and lets me sit next to her. She still shy, but will warm up to patient person who lets her have time to feel comfortable.<br/><br/>This sweet girl kitty loves to play, especially with wand type toys. The toys really helped to draw her out.We only adopt to people in the St. Louis METRO area.
