Kelby's Story

Meet Kelby, a handsome 10–11 month old silver-coated stunner with a gorgeous cream undercoat. He is a lover boy by nature who looks forward to greeting you at the door for pets. While he may take a little time to trust a new family, once he feels safe, he is a cuddly, purring best friend. Kelby is looking for an active home to match his high energy. As he is still learning that hands are for petting rather than pouncing, he would do best with older, considerate children. He would do best as the only cat in the household or with a very laid back female. Kelby is fully vetted (neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV negative) and ready for his forever home.

Tails of Hope Cat Rescue of Eastern PA's Adoption Policy
Once cats/kittens are ready for adoption we post to Adopt A Pet and Petfinder. We receive applications and have several people process them. We utilize Facebook to make sure they applicant is viable. We locate their address and make sure their home is suitable for cats/kittens. We do vet checks and call at least 2 references. If they rent, we call the landlord to ensure they are allowed cats and how many as well as their policy.
