Meet Kelby, the silver-coated stunner ready to zoom into your heart! At about 10–11 months old, this handsome guy is a whirlwind of fun with a gorgeous cream undercoat. Kelby is looking for an active home where his high energy can shine. Because he’s still learning that hands are for petting—not pouncing—he’d do best with older, considerate kids who can help him master his manners. Just two 30-minute sessions with a wand toy daily are the secret to keeping this playful boy happy and balanced! He is good with cats and dogs with proper introductions. Kelby is fully vetted (neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and FeLV/FIV negative) and ready to find his forever family.

Tails of Hope Cat Rescue of Eastern PA's Adoption Policy

Once cats/kittens are ready for adoption we post to Adopt A Pet and Petfinder. We receive applications and have several people process them. We utilize Facebook to make sure they applicant is viable. We locate their address and make sure their home is suitable for cats/kittens. We do vet checks and call at least 2 references. If they rent, we call the landlord to ensure they are allowed cats and how many as well as their policy.

Our Mission

We provide safe and loving fosters home for cats in need. Our goal is to help them heal and thrive until they're ready for adoption. We don't have a mission that is 250 characters.
