Keera's Story

Hi! My name is Keera, and I'm a beautiful yellow and white lady looking for a patient, loving family to call my own.

I'm a gentle, sweet soul who can be a little shy at first. New places can feel overwhelming, so I may need a little time to settle in and feel safe. Once I realize I'm home, my affectionate and friendly personality begins to shine through. I'm a very low-key girl who doesn't ask for much; just a cozy spot to nap, a kind person to love me, and a feline friend to keep me company.

I've spent the last three months in foster care, where I've adjusted very well to living with people. In fact, I recently helped co-parent a litter of five kittens alongside another wonderful momma cat! Sharing the responsibilities of raising babies showed just how nurturing and loving I truly am.

I grew up in a home with more than 40 other cats, so I'm very comfortable having feline companions around. I especially adore my dear friend, Mara, and it would be wonderful if we could be adopted together. If that's not possible, I will definitely need another friendly cat in my new home to help me feel secure and loved.

I haven't been around young children, so a quieter home with older children or adults would probably suit me best. I adapt well once given time, patience, and understanding.

My journey hasn't always been easy. I was rescued from a hoarding situation where over 40 cats were living in heartbreaking conditions. Despite that difficult beginning, I've remained incredibly sweet and trusting. Now I'm ready for the next chapter of my life; a forever home where I can finally relax, be cherished, and know that I'll never have to worry again.

Could you be the one to give me the peaceful, loving home I've been waiting for?
