My name is Katy and let me tell you a little about myself: <br/><br/>My Journey<br/>I come from a community cat colony in Anaheim that was lovingly cared for by an incredible woman who took it upon herself to TNR the cats there on her own time and dime. Thanks to her dedication, I was given the chance to leave the colony behind and begin my journey toward a safe, loving indoor life.<br/><br/>My Social Life<br/>I’m a shy and sensitive soul who needs a little time to feel safe in new situations. At first, I can be timid, but with the right person — someone patient, calm, and understanding — I slowly open up and begin to trust.<br/>I feel most comfortable around other gentle, respectful cats and do best with slow, thoughtful introductions. I haven’t experienced much chaos in my life, so I appreciate being allowed to move at my own pace.<br/>Dogs ? I haven’t met dogs yet, so slow and gentle introductions would be best.<br/>Kids ? I could do well with gentle, cat-savvy humans who understand how to interact kindly.<br/><br/>My Personality<br/>Observant, gentle, and quietly affectionate.<br/>I’m a cautious kitty by nature, and when I feel overwhelmed, I may let you know I need space. What helps me most is consistency, calm energy, and time.
