Katniss

Meet Katniss, born 9/24/2025. along with her sister Primrose. Katniss is very enthusiastic about play time. Eager to run, jump, and hunt cat teaser toys. She is also sweet, gentle and calm. True to her name she does not startle easily. She is not shy to introduce herself to other cats and has no fear of foster Mom's dog. Katniss would make a wonderful addition to any home. Katniss and her sister Primrose are not a bonded pair but get along great and have similar personalities with subtle differences. They of course love playing together. If you're looking for a pair of cats they would be a great combo, but they will do great separately in homes with lots of attention and playtime.<br/><br/>To  adopt you must first complete an adoption application and meet the cat in its foster home. We do not do same day adoptions so, generally, we can only adopt within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
