Sweet Katie is one of six cats rescued from a local shelter partner after being removed from a hoarding situation. While she was initially a little shy, she has really opened up and is a cuddlebug! She is an absolute purr machiner and so sweet! Katie loves to explore, play with toys, and is so close to mastering the climb to the top of the cat tree. She will do best with a patient, loving adopter who understands that she may need a little time to fully blossom—but the reward will be so worth it. With continued love and encouragement, Katie is sure to become a wonderful companion! Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional's recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal's history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
