Katie was rescued as a small kitten from being outdoors on her own. She has lots of energy and loves to play. She will happily play with wands toys or bouncing types of toys with her family but is also very good at entertaining herself. She likes to be with people and, once acclimated, will happily follow her family around the house and curl up on the couch while they watch TV. Katie is scared of new situations or new people and takes some time to get used to these changes. Katie needs someone who will patiently remind her of good behaviors and help her get acclimated to her new home. The investment in this little beauty is worth it!

All cats are vaccinated, dewormed, treated with flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, and spayed/neutered prior to adoption.

Adoption application, phone interview, home visit, and adoption fee required (+ PA Sales tax). Adoption fees are:
Baby (Kittens up to 1 year) = $125
Young & Adult (1-7 years) = $100
Seniors (8+ years) = $80

If you are interested in adopting a cat(s), we ask that you complete an on-line adoption application to get the process started. To apply, simply go to www.furryfriendsnetwork.com / Adopt a Furry Friend / Adoption Application. You will receive a welcome email once your application has been assigned to a volunteer processor (this should be within 72 hours of submitting an application). If you do not receive such an email, contact catapplication@furryfriendsnetwork.com. Once your application has been processed (this can take approx. 10-14 days), we will arrange contact with the foster to schedule a time to meet cats you might be interested in. We are an all-volunteer organization and appreciate your patience during this process.
