Kanga's Story

Sweetest girl Kanga & her 6 siblings were rescued last summer from a shipping dock in Bayonne. This precious litter had several challenges at first: they were very sick, malnourished, infested with internal worms & had upper respiratory illness. They also needed a lot of time & love in being socialized. Loving foster parents did months of hard work loving & caring for these kittens, getting them to the vet many times to address their illnesses & spending lots of time socializing the kittens & building trust. It was a long road, but now Kanga is a happy, sunny girl who is very social with other cats, doesn't want to live with dogs or small kids. Kanga loves being around her foster parents, although she isn't a lap cat. This best buddy just wants to be with you!! Kanga is playful & absolutely loves to sunbathe. We know it'll be a good life with Kanga in it!!

Potential adopter completes application for desired cat/kitten. Organization completes phone interview, and follows with a veterinary check, and reference check. Once approved and cat matched to adopter needs/desires, adoption form and commitment paperwork signed. **Please note that we only adopt to Head of Households and within the state of NJ**
