She is very sweet and even purred when petted during labor. She had a very difficult labor and ended up giving birth to three kittens by C-Section. Despite that, she began nursing and cleaning her kittens right away.<br/><br/>She has a bigger than life personality and still plays like a kitten and will sometimes nip with her teeth in play. She ignores the other cats in the household and does not cause problems, so we believe she would tolerate another cat well. Kalani would do best with a household of older, calmer kids.<br/><br/>She loves to eat and is on the round side and has a cute waddle when she walks. She will need to be put on a diet when her kittens are fully weaned.<br/><br/>You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. <br/><br/>We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash).<br/><br/>NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility. <br/><br/>Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved.
