KIra & Koko's Story
Meet Kira and Koko (Bonded Pair)

Kira and Koko are a bonded pair who entered foster care in September 2025 when their family relocated and could not take them along. Kira is a petite gray and black tabby, born around November 11, 2023. She loves being petted and is a big fan of rubbing against legs for attention.

Koko, born around June 22, 2024, is a large, fluffy tabby who may have some Maine Coon in his lineage. He is extremely affectionate, enjoys being held like a baby, and loves lots of petting. Koko is also quite talkative and likes to walk alongside people—sometimes stopping suddenly to request pets.

About three weeks after entering foster care, Kira gave birth to five beautiful kittens. Now that the kittens are ready for their forever homes, it is Kira and Koko’s turn to find a loving home together. They share a close bond and can often be found grooming each other, sleeping together, or cuddling with their foster mom. Both are spayed and neutered, so no more kittens.

Kira is playful and even enjoys playing fetch. Koko is a big kitten at heart who loves to play, especially racing through his tunnel at top speed, which will go home with him. They have not been around dogs or young children, but with proper introductions, they should do well. They would also likely get along with other cats and could make wonderful companions in a home that fosters kittens.

Because of their affectionate and easygoing personalities, Kira and Koko would be a great choice for first-time cat owners.

Adopting cats from our rescue includes several important health services. The adoption fee of $200 covers spay/ neuter, FIV/FeLV testing, and age-appropriate vaccinations to ensure the health and well-being of the cats.
