Please read the Disclaimer and Statement below before filling out the application We at Purrfect Paws do our best to find the best matches for our cats and adopters. However, as part of the process we want to ensure that you as an adopter understand the following before filling out an application: 1.) Filling out an application does not put a 'hold' or 'placement' on the cat you are applying for. While we recommend you let us know if there is one that you like, we want to make you understand that we cannot guarantee their availability to you until after your application is approved and finalized by our Director of Adoptions. 2.) Even after an application is submitted, we cannot place 'holds' on any cats as it's not fair to other pre-approved adopters. 3.) No cat or kitten will be gifted without the knowledge of the adopter. You can purchase an "Adoption Gift Card," for someone to adopt through us, but no 'surprise' cats as gifts. 4.) You are okay with us checking with your vet, references, and doing a virtual (if far away) or in-person home visit with the Purrfect Paws team. 5.) We will do our best to find you the right cat or kitten for your family to ensure a Purrfect Match. :) 6.) Please fill out the form in its entirety.
