Junie

We rescued Junie from the streets of Brownsville, Brooklyn as a teen back in February 2021. She was quickly adopted as a solo kitty by a mother and her young daughter where she has lived for the last 5 years. Sadly, her family reached out to us last month asking for help rehoming her due to a change in their living situation. Now that she is back in foster care, we have learned that Junie is a very affectionate & confident lapcat who does not discriminate against strangers for love! She is the type of cat that would do well in any new environment, unlike many other kitties who commonly take time to adjust. Her favorite pastimes include windowsill perching, bird watching, cardboard scratchers, wand feather toy & catnip play and couch/bedtime cuddles.
