Junebug DAP's Story
Meet Junebug, a sweet and sassy girl looking for her forever home!

Junebug has food allergies and is currently on a hydrolyzed protein diet, which is a special prescription food that helps keep her comfortable and healthy. This diet is crucial for managing her sensitivities, and she will need a family who can commit to providing her with the right food for the rest of her life.

She would do best in a home with no small children, as she is easily overstimulated. She may do okay with older children or children who can respect her boundaries.

Junebug is a very friendly and playful girl. She loves running and spinning out on wood or tile floors. She's even figured out how to slide-pounce her toys when we're playing on the carpet! She has a catnip filled rainbow that she loves to rabbit kick, and when she's bored of that she'll move on to attacking her own leg. She really loves scratching on her scratching posts, so as long as she has enough of them she's good about using them instead of the furniture. She gets along with other cats and I think she'd do well to have a playmate to help her burn off some extra energy. She's easily overstimulated, and getting enough playtime is helpful in regulating that. Once she's all played out, she melts into a mellow lap cat. For extra mellowness, throw in a blanket and she'll be instant purrs and biscuits. If you work from home, keep a cat tree nearby for her to sleep on and she'll be just the best office supply ever!

Junebug is currently in foster waiting to find her purrrfect match. If you are interested in adopting Junebug, please fill out an adoption application to be connected to her foster. Junebug can't wait to find her forever family!
